Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, all items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included. Items that show signs of use, have been altered, or are returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale products, gift cards, and items purchased as part of a promotional offer are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return
To open a return request, please email contact@lunvairebags.com with your order number and the reason for your return. A member of our team will provide you with the necessary instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the total refund amount.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrived in this condition, please contact us at contact@lunvairebags.com and we will assist you promptly.
